The apartment is situated in Cotton Bay Village which is a gated complex set in 9 acres of beachfront land on the very north of the island beside the 18 hole golf course in Cap Estate. With it’s lush tropical plants, bushes and palm trees in the sheltered cove, you will feel as though you are miles away from anywhere in these unspoilt surroundings. Take an early morning walk along the secluded bay and watch the sun rise; have breakfast at 1461 beach bar restaurant…a great way to start your day!
The apartment has the feel of the Caribbean and you will instantly feel at home. It is set around the 35m swimming pool which is literally right outside your door with the Atlantic ocean a minutes walk away. The beach is quiet and calm with no crowds or noisy jet skis with a constant, cool breeze and because of the bay, the sea is calm, just perfect for children.
Other amenities that Cotton Bay Village has to offer include Piano Piano fine dining restaurant, the Casuarina spa, fitness centre and gym, beach bar, in-room dining and for those who enjoy golf, Cotton Bay is the closest resort to the golf and country club. For the children, the Hummingbird kid’s club is open daily and creche and nanny services are also available.
There are many shops, restaurants, hotels and bars in Rodney Bay which is about 15 minutes drive from Cotton Bay. You can buy groceries to stock up the fridge and freezer if you wish to eat in or you can visit some of the great local restaurants which offer a huge range of delicious, eclectic food. There is a shopping mall and casino, and many places to book up recreational activities such as scuba diving, horseback riding and boat trips around the island. You can also enjoy Reduit beach which is completely different to the beach at Cotton Bay and can get very busy, but well worth a visit.
